Pool House Pavilions are our larger structures that use engineered beams to create large spans with less posts to create large open structures. This line of structures start at size 20x16 and can be built to any size required.
The pool house pavilions can be built attached or free standing, and are a great option to cover large areas. This style pavilion tends to have a steeper roof than our regular pavilions which creates a large open roof space, gives room for multiple ceiling fans, and provides great lighting options. The gable ends can also be open or closed in depending on personal preference. We recommend closing them to prevent side rain and sunlight, but we can also produce roofs with larger overhangs if you prefer the open gable concept.
In addition to the structural beams, we fabricate custom 1/4” steel buckets and knee brace connectors.
Sky Lights are an optional extra and help to bring in natural light if you are planning on attaching to the existing roofline as a home extension. Composite shingle roof or metal roofing can be chosen to finish the exterior of the roof with many color options to choose from.
